At IGF Consulting, I delivered platforms including GeoSrbija, the Disaster Risk Register, Location Pool, and Investment Maps. These integrated 300+ datasets, managed approximately 50 TB of data, supported daily updates, and served up to two million users.
I led approximately 20 people across five parallel teams on programmes valued from EUR 0.5 million to EUR 2.5 million, aligning roadmaps, dependencies, risks, capacity, and milestones across geospatial, data, software, infrastructure, and operational workstreams.
I'm hands-on in shaping spatial data models, APIs, microservices, ETL pipelines, and integrations, and I also lead RAG-based and AI-assisted delivery using LLM research, rapid prototyping, OpenAI Codex, and workflow automation.
