Philipp Mirzov
@philippmirzov
Project manager delivering climate, education, and data-driven programs.
What I'm looking for
I am a project manager and consultant who turns strategy into executable workplans, timelines, and delivery processes that teams can implement. I combine hands-on project delivery with data-informed analysis across sustainability, climate adaptation, and education systems.
At Data Driven Lab I introduced Agile practices and Jira workflows that improved delivery timelines by 20–25%, sped cross-team responses by 35–40%, and supported multilingual delivery across nine languages. My work supported marketing reach and engagement uplifts and reduced operational risk and rework.
With UNESCO I translated policy objectives into country-level operational workplans, conducted applied analysis on climate and disaster risks for education systems across Sub-Saharan Africa and SIDS, and contributed to inception surveys, reports, and training materials. I produced analytical outputs using R and supported evidence-based planning for climate-smart education initiatives.
I have led end-to-end delivery for an EdTech platform from launch to ~4,000 cumulative students, built Power BI performance tracking, designed operating models and SOPs, and managed monthly operating budgets. I pursue roles where strategy meets execution, prioritizing measurable impact, operational clarity, and cross-cultural collaboration.
