At Lionsoul Global, I built the QA function for a digital-asset investment platform, establishing its test strategy, processes, and release practices. I shifted delivery from regression-heavy cycles toward continuous, risk-based testing, helping reduce design-to-production time from around 4–6 weeks to 1–2 weeks and enable multiple releases per day.
I designed the Python, Pytest, and Playwright automation architecture and integrated it into CI/CD. I also built an AI orchestration system for test design, documentation, automation, and defect reporting, with QA engineers reviewing AI-generated materials.
Earlier, at Soft-FX, I introduced TypeScript and Cypress frontend automation, reducing regression testing time by approximately 50%, and helped scale the QA team from one to five engineers. Across roles at tada.team and HeksRay, I combined hands-on testing with process improvements, team coordination, and responsibility for quality through customer delivery.
