What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Technical Support Engineer opportunity with a European company, ideally remote internationally or with relocation from Russia, where I can deepen my infrastructure and systems administration skills.

I'm building my IT support career through hands-on first-line support and on-duty technical administration at ICL Soft and ICL WEST.

At ICL WEST, I support 24/7 IT infrastructure by monitoring servers, network devices, and services, responding to incidents, diagnosing issues, and maintaining technical documentation. I also help users with software and hardware issues and collaborate with IT specialists on complex incidents.

At ICL Soft, I registered and processed user requests in an ITSM system, managed incidents and service requests within SLA, and escalated complex cases to second-line support. I analyzed application and system logs to identify failures and speed up resolution in a fintech environment.

I'm comfortable with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, IP telephony, Windows, Linux, SQL basics, and clear user communication. I'm looking to grow into an IT Support Engineer role and eventually develop into infrastructure and systems administration.
