I've built the Invitro medical registry frontend from scratch at ZeBrains, supporting approximately 30,000 medical registrars across multiple countries and laboratory workflows processing around 260,000 tests daily.
I design React, TypeScript, and Next.js applications around Feature-Sliced Design, integrating REST APIs for patient data, scheduling, orders, and test composition. I’ve delivered patient registration, appointment scheduling, search, medical-record views, and registrar-focused interfaces with keyboard shortcuts and tab navigation.
Across Invitro, Avito, Wink/Rostelecom, and Siemens projects, I’ve improved load times through lazy loading, code splitting, Vite migration, and optimized UI architecture. I also introduced quality tooling and test coverage with Jest, React Testing Library, and Loki, while mentoring junior developers and reviewing code.
Earlier, I delivered around 100 corporate websites and online stores, including integrations with 1C, Bitrix24, amoCRM, payment gateways, and marketplace feeds.
