I'm currently testing Coffeemania's website, iOS and Android applications, order hubs, and APIs. I automate SMS authentication, menu cards, order creation and payment, and empty-cart validation using Python, pytest, Selenium, and Playwright.

I create and maintain test documentation, review requirements and technical documentation, and perform exploratory, regression, smoke, and API testing. I also schedule automated test execution on Linux with cron and Jenkins.

Before Coffeemania, I spent more than three years at MTS Link investigating technical issues, managing bug reports in YouTrack, diagnosing internet connectivity problems, and supporting customer online events alongside developers and other teams.

My earlier technical support work included supporting CRM users, configuring business processes, testing alpha releases, preparing technical specifications, reporting bugs in Jira, and verifying fixes. Across QA and support, I focus on clear documentation, practical investigation, and reliable product behavior.
