I'm looking for a remote, multicultural role in customer support, student success, online education, content development, data analysis, or Russian language teaching, where I can solve client needs, collaborate across teams, and improve learning experiences.

I've supported students and parents at NOO Online School, resolving 100+ enquiries weekly across chat, video, and email while maintaining 100% course completion and strong organic referrals.
