What I'm looking for

I'm looking for async, written-first, fully remote work where I can apply reliability engineering to AI safety, LLM red teaming, RAG evaluation, and automated quality pipelines.

I built Uroboros, an open-source multi-agent LLM red-teaming framework that found six critical vulnerabilities in GPT-4o-mini against the OWASP Top 10 for LLMs.

Across Mango Office, IT_One's Gosuslugi platform, VTB Bank, and VISTA-Med, I've improved reliability for telecom, banking, government-scale, and medical software. My work has reduced regression cycles, automated critical defect detection, accelerated integration testing, and strengthened root-cause analysis.

At Mango Office, I designed Python/Pytest quality infrastructure for fault-tolerant telecom platforms and investigated L3 production issues through logs, dumps, and traces. I also evaluated LLM assessment protocols for hallucination detection in automated customer support.

I bring a written-first, remote-friendly approach to AI safety, RAG evaluation, adversarial testing, and reproducible vulnerability reporting.
