Security Researcher and reverse engineer focused on malware analysis, threat hunting, and fast vulnerability remediation.
What I'm looking for
I spend my days reverse engineering and breaking down malware to understand how it ticks, then turning those insights into practical detections. I’m passionate about staying one step ahead of attackers and finding creative ways to make their lives harder—through Threat & Vulnerability Management, hands-on analysis, and incident-ready response.
At Microsoft, I owned end-to-end triage of emerging-threat CVEs for MDVM, assessing severity and routing findings for remediation. During high-severity incidents, I supported vulnerability management by delivering detection logic within 24 hours of disclosure, and I closed gaps in the cloud vulnerability data pipeline to catch missed detections during Patch Tuesday cycles.
Earlier, I targeted malware families like Turla and Agent Tesla using reverse engineering and open source intelligence, authoring YARA rules with 95% accuracy that led to 50,000 malware detections. I also built Python automation to process and analyze 10,000+ data entries weekly, improving efficiency and freeing up 30 hours of team time monthly, and I strengthened detection coverage on undetected samples—while internship work also included upgrading a honeypot tool to Python 3.11 and performing white-box penetration testing with OWASP-aligned report writing.
