I’m a Senior Go Backend Engineer with 6+ years of commercial backend experience, focused on scalable CRM and enterprise systems. I build distributed services and high-load workflows with a strong bias toward production reliability, not just “it works” features.

My work centers on Kafka-based event-driven processing, PostgreSQL performance, ETL/data migration, and end-to-end observability. I partner with teams across architecture discussions, implementation, deployment, and debugging—especially when consumer lag, retry storms, or database bottlenecks threaten stability.

At Notamedia Global, I redesigned synchronous workloads into asynchronous Kafka consumers using consumer groups, retries with exponential backoff, DLQ, idempotent handling, and the transactional outbox—resulting in major reductions in peak database pressure and eliminating task loss. I’ve also supported analytics/event processing at ~30M events/day with peaks near 3000 RPS, and delivered migrations where downtime stayed below 30 minutes.
