What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own documentation end-to-end—from requirements and HLD/LLD to API/database docs—while keeping versions in Confluence/Jira. I want to work on complex telecom or security products with close cross-team collaboration and clear quality standards.

I’m a Technical Writer / Documentation Engineer with 4+ years of experience creating technical, user, operational, database, API and R&D documentation for IT, telecommunications, and information security projects. I specialize in documenting complex software systems, IP telephony platforms, databases, APIs, integrations, and system architecture, while keeping information structured and requirement-ready.

In the Alfa-Bank IP telephony import substitution project, I prepared and updated user/admin/operation guides, described component architecture and interactions, and built database documentation (tables, fields, constraints, indexes, relationships, views). I also authored Confluence articles, translated materials into English (including MPCC REST API and call-flow scenarios), produced REST API documentation, and developed a System Passport and Disaster Recovery Plan in coordination with analysts, developers, QA, and the customer.
