What I'm looking for

I am looking for senior product design leadership roles where I can scale teams, implement design systems, embed research, influence product strategy, and deliver measurable business impact.

I am a product design leader with 9+ years of experience building design teams, systems, and research practices across FinTech, E‑commerce, and SaaS. I scale teams and processes to deliver measurable business outcomes while preserving design quality.

At Tinkoff I grew a product design team from 5 to 19 designers, established hiring and career frameworks, and led redesigns that multiplied engagement and GMV. I also helped integrate marketplace commerce into a core banking app, doubling retention for that feature.

Previously I led company-wide design systems and standardized UX research at Xsolla, and delivered Russia’s first online loan marketplace and a mortgage marketplace from MVP to launch at Sravni.ru and Cian Group. I prioritize research-driven decisions and reusable component libraries to speed delivery and ensure consistency.

I mentor designers, embed research across product teams, and optimize workflows to reduce time-to-market and increase feature effectiveness. I seek roles where I can scale design capability, influence product strategy, and drive measurable user and business impact.
