Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Youth Director to join our team, where you will play a vital role in shaping and guiding the lives of young people within our community. Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of youth programs that promote social, emotional, and educational growth.
- Engage with youth participants to build meaningful relationships and provide mentorship.
- Collaborate with the Youth Director to plan, organize, and oversee events and activities tailored to different age groups.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to assess program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of volunteers and staff involved in youth programming.
- Maintain accurate records of program participation and outcomes, preparing reports as needed for stakeholders.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
