Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Director of Youth Programs to lead our initiatives aimed at empowering young individuals through innovative programming and community engagement. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in program management or leadership roles focused on youth development, with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Strong understanding of youth engagement strategies and best practices in program design and evaluation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field.
