Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Wax Pattern Coater to join our innovative team, specializing in the production of precision wax patterns for investment casting processes. Responsibilities
- Prepare and coat wax patterns with high precision, ensuring uniformity and adherence to quality standards
- Operate coating equipment and manage the application of various coating materials to achieve desired finishes
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on coated patterns to identify and rectify defects
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize coating processes and reduce cycle times
- Maintain accurate records of coating procedures and material usage for inventory management
- Implement safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in coating processes is a plus
- Proven experience in wax pattern coating or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise specifications
- Familiarity with coating materials and application techniques
Preferred:
- Experience in investment casting or metalworking industries
