Role Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Vineyard Manager to lead our vineyard operations at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Viticulture, Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in vineyard management or similar agricultural roles
- Strong understanding of viticultural practices including canopy management, pest control, and soil health
Preferred:
- Experience in organic or sustainable vineyard practices
- Knowledge of local grape varietals and regional growing conditions
- Proficiency in vineyard management software and data analysis tools
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in vineyard equipment operation and maintenance
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and soil testing methodologies
- Ability to analyze grape quality metrics and apply them to cultivation strategies
