Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Unit Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities
Operational Management:
- Lead and manage daily operations of your unit, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to company protocols.
- Establish performance metrics and continuously monitor team performance to ensure operational excellence.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of unit operations.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise, mentor, and develop team members, promoting a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration within the unit, aligning team goals with broader organizational objectives.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures within the unit.
- Prepare and present regular reports on unit performance, challenges, and achievements to upper management.
- Address any operational issues promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a similar operational role.
- Strong understanding of operational management principles and practices.
Preferred:
- Experience in developing and implementing process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with relevant compliance and regulatory standards.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
