Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Turbine Room Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational integrity and performance of turbine systems, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely. Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain turbine room operations, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of turbine systems, identifying and addressing any mechanical or operational issues.
- Assure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing turbine systems, collaborating closely with engineering teams.
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed reports on turbine performance metrics.
- Participate in routine safety drills and training sessions to enhance operational readiness.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in mechanical systems preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within energy production or mechanical maintenance.
- Strong understanding of turbine systems and their operational requirements.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work in varying environmental conditions.
- Effective communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.

- Experience with digital monitoring systems and predictive maintenance technologies.
- Knowledge of electrical systems related to turbine operations.
