Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Control Room Supervisor to oversee operational activities within our centralized control room. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a control room or operational leadership role, preferably within a high-stakes environment.
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively, with strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- Deep understanding of control room technologies and incident management protocols.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Emergency Management, Operations Management).
- Experience in the energy, transportation, or telecommunications sectors.
- Certification in incident command or emergency response management.
