Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Tree-Shear Operator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and execute tree-shear operations, ensuring safe and efficient methods are utilized for vegetation management. Responsibilities
- Operate tree-shear equipment to efficiently manage vegetation and enhance land usability.
- Lead and mentor a team of tree-shear operators, providing training and guidance on best practices.

- Develop and implement operational plans to optimize productivity and resource allocation.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience operating tree-shear equipment in a professional setting.
- Strong understanding of vegetation management practices and safety regulations.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams in a similar environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on tree-shear equipment.
Preferred:
- Certification in heavy equipment operation or related field.
- Experience with GPS and mapping software for operational planning.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainable practices in land management.
