Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Timber Harvester Operator to join our operations team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities
- Assist in the operation of timber harvesting equipment, including feller bunchers and skidders, under the supervision of senior operators.

- Follow established safety protocols and best practices to minimize hazards and promote a culture of safety on site.
- Work collaboratively with team members to efficiently plan and execute timber harvesting operations.
- Assist in the transportation and loading of harvested timber, ensuring proper handling and compliance with environmental regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in sustainable forestry operations.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of timber harvesting processes and machinery operation.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in forestry or related fields.
- Certification in operating heavy machinery.
