Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and experienced Training Development Manager to lead our learning initiatives at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, creating an interactive and inclusive learning environment
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our training offerings
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of managing successful training programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools
- Certification in training or instructional design methodologies (e.g., ATD, CPLP)
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, or similar
- Ability to analyze and interpret training data to inform decision-making
- Familiarity with performance management software and tools
