Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Tool and Die Engineer to join our engineering team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and engineering principles
- Basic understanding of machining processes and material properties
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Knowledge of tool design and manufacturing processes
- Experience with CNC machining and programming
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Basic proficiency in CAD software for tool design and modifications
- Understanding of CNC machining and die casting processes
- Familiarity with quality control methods and inspection tools
