Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Forestry Crew Supervisor to lead our field operations team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in forestry management or related field
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing field crews in forestry or environmental projects
- Strong knowledge of forestry practices, land management principles, and ecological restoration techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse team members and stakeholders
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, or related discipline
- Certification in First Aid/CPR and safety management
- Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and forestry management software
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in forestry management tools and equipment
- Experience with data collection and analysis for forestry metrics
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance standards
