Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Theme Park Manager to support the operational excellence of our theme park. Responsibilities

- Assist in the development and execution of special events and promotional activities to drive park attendance and enhance the overall guest experience.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a management role within the hospitality, entertainment, or theme park industry.
- Strong understanding of operational management, guest services, and safety protocols.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing large teams and collaborating with diverse departments.
- Familiarity with performance management tools and guest feedback systems.
- Certification in First Aid/CPR and emergency management.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using management software tools for scheduling, reporting, and guest engagement.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to enhance park operations.
- Experience with budgeting and financial management in a theme park or similar setting.
