Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Stadium Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Stadium Manager in the day-to-day operations of the stadium, ensuring that events run smoothly and efficiently while providing an exceptional experience for all attendees.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of all stadium events, including sports games, concerts, and community activities
- Coordinate with various departments, including security, maintenance, and concessions, to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor facility conditions and oversee maintenance tasks to uphold safety and operational standards
- Implement and enforce stadium policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment for all guests
- Assist in managing event budgets, including tracking expenses and revenue
- Engage with event organizers, staff, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and collaboration
- Act as a point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that arise during events
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in facility management, event coordination, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred:
- Experience in sports or entertainment venue management
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to public events
- First aid and CPR certification
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with event management software and ticketing systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with budget management and financial reporting tools
