Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced General Manager to lead our ski resort operations. This role is essential in driving the overall vision, strategy, and performance of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maximizing operational efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the strategic business plan for the resort, aligning operational objectives with overall company goals

- Lead and mentor a diverse team of department heads, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in hospitality management, with a focus on resort or recreational facility operations

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse team

- Experience in the ski resort industry or similar recreational facilities
