Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Ski Resort Manager to join our leadership team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the ski resort, ensuring quality service delivery and optimal guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Resort Manager to develop and implement operational strategies and performance metrics
- Oversee staff training and development, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Coordinate with various departments, including ski school, guest services, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations
- Manage guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly to enhance overall experience
- Help develop and manage the resort's budget, tracking expenses and revenue to ensure financial efficiency
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to enhance the resort's visibility and guest engagement
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality management or a related field, preferably in a ski resort environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest relations
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in winter sports or ski operations
- Familiarity with budget management and financial reporting
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in property management systems and reservation software
- Strong analytical skills to assess operational performance and guest satisfaction metrics
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations specific to ski resorts
