Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Lineworker Supervisor to lead our dedicated team of lineworkers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical transmission and distribution systems. This pivotal role will not only emphasize supervisory skills but also require hands-on technical expertise to ensure operational excellence and safety compliance across all projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of lineworkers, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.

- Oversee the planning and execution of construction and maintenance activities, including scheduling work, managing resources, and conducting safety assessments.

- Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during operations.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in electrical linework, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Thorough understanding of electrical systems, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Valid electrical license and certification for linework.
Preferred:
- Experience in project management and familiarity with regulatory compliance in the electrical sector.
