Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. In this fully remote position, you will assist in sourcing, interviewing, and placing talented technical professionals into various roles within our organization. You will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and ensuring we attract top talent that aligns with our company culture and values.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interview processes, including scheduling and preparing interviewers
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate candidate information
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide insights on market trends
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in a technical or IT environment
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for various positions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and HR software
Preferred:
- Experience sourcing candidates for software engineering, data science, or IT roles
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and other sourcing methodologies
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Basic understanding of technical concepts and terminology
- Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
