Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners and industry networks
- Drive initiatives to enhance the employer brand, ensuring a compelling candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record in a leadership role
- Deep understanding of the technology landscape and the skills required for various IT roles
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging recruitment metrics to drive strategic decisions
Preferred:
