Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Tax Associate to join our finance team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant tax experience, preferably in public accounting or corporate tax
- Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations
- Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Excel
Preferred:
- CPA certification or progress towards obtaining it
- Experience with tax compliance for multi-state operations
- Familiarity with tax research platforms and tools
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in tax compliance software (e.g., CCH Axcess, Thomson Reuters) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in reviewing financial data
- Ability to leverage technology for efficient data analysis and reporting
