Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 15+ years of experience in tax management, with a strong background in corporate tax and compliance.
- Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and executing tax strategies in a multinational corporate environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
- Experience with M&A transactions and tax due diligence.
- Knowledge of transfer pricing and international tax planning.
- Experience with tax technology solutions and automation processes.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep understanding of corporate tax compliance and reporting software.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Familiarity with tax research tools and data analytics.
