Role Overview

- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and international tax regulations, including transfer pricing and tax reform.
- Proven track record in tax compliance and planning, with demonstrated success in managing complex tax issues.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in Taxation, Accounting, or Law (e.g., LL.M or CPA).
- Experience in a high-growth or private equity-backed environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across the organization.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in tax compliance software and ERP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools for tax reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with tax research tools and databases.
