Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex tax issues and leading high-stakes negotiations with tax authorities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in Taxation, Accounting, or Finance (e.g., J.D., LL.M., or CPA).
- Experience in a publicly traded company or multinational organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in transfer pricing and international tax planning.
