Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment team in attracting top talent for [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and visibility to attract diverse candidates
- Maintain candidate databases, tracking progress through the recruitment pipeline and providing regular updates
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely feedback and fostering a positive experience
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to improve candidate sourcing and engagement
- Support administrative tasks related to onboarding and training new hires
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Experience with recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
- Ability to leverage data and metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness
