Role Overview
We are seeking an Associate Supplier Quality Manager to join our dynamic quality assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our suppliers meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements, contributing to the overall excellence of our products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate quality systems and processes
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop corrective action plans and ensure compliance with quality requirements
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives as necessary
- Work cross-functionally with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams to address quality issues
- Assist in the development and implementation of supplier quality programs and policies
- Evaluate and analyze supplier quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in supplier quality management or quality assurance
- Strong understanding of quality systems and methodologies (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma)
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with suppliers and internal teams
Preferred:
- Experience in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to product quality and safety
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ, CQE) is a plus
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab) for quality data analysis
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
