We are seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Quality Assurance to lead our quality initiatives at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in quality assurance or related fields, with a proven track record of leadership in a high-growth technology environment.
- Deep understanding of quality management systems, methodologies, and tools, including Six Sigma, Agile, and Lean principles.
- Experience leading large-scale quality assurance initiatives and managing teams across multiple locations.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
- Experience in software development, particularly within agile and DevOps environments.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., ISO, CMMI).
- Master's degree in a related field or relevant certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer).
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks, including Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and practices.
