Role Overview
We are seeking an Assistant Quality Control Manager to join our dynamic Quality Assurance team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes, materials, and finished products to verify quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all quality control processes, including inspection reports, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Participate in training sessions for staff on quality control processes and best practices.
- Support the Quality Control Manager in conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive actions for identified issues.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related discipline).
- 2+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or ISO standards.
Preferred:
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a quality control department.

- Certification in Quality Management or related fields (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Auditor).
