Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within a relevant industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of implementing successful quality management systems and processes.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to quality (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Advanced certifications in quality management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt).
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and their impact on quality practices.
