Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in student services or higher education administration, with a proven track record of leadership and program development.
- Strong understanding of student development theory and best practices in student support services.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a diverse educational environment and a commitment to promoting equity and inclusion.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies to inform decision-making.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in student information systems (SIS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Experience with online learning platforms and virtual student engagement tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights for program improvement.
