Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Enrollment Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in guiding prospective students through their enrollment process, providing them with the necessary information and support to make informed decisions about their educational journey.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and chat to provide information about programs, admissions criteria, and application processes.
- Assist candidates in completing their applications, ensuring all required documentation is submitted in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the enrollment database to track progress and follow-ups.
- Conduct outreach to prospective students to encourage applications and assess their needs and interests.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for improving the enrollment process and enhancing student experience.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred:
- Experience in higher education or enrollment management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or enrollment software.
- Understanding of the challenges and barriers faced by prospective students.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with CRM systems or enrollment management tools is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support enrollment strategies.
