Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Enrollment Manager to oversee the entire enrollment process within our organization. This role will be pivotal in enhancing our enrollment strategies, optimizing the student onboarding experience, and ensuring that we meet our enrollment goals while aligning with our mission of fostering educational access and success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive enrollment strategies to achieve institutional enrollment targets.
- Monitor and analyze enrollment data, trends, and conversion rates to inform decision-making and optimize recruitment efforts.
- Lead and manage a team of enrollment specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns that resonate with prospective students.
- Establish and maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote enrollment opportunities.
- Design and facilitate enrollment events and workshops to engage prospective students and their families.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies and regulations related to student enrollment and data management.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in enrollment management or higher education recruitment.
- Proven track record of achieving enrollment targets and leading successful recruitment initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive enrollment strategies.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Higher Education Administration or a related field.
- Experience with CRM systems and enrollment management software.
- Familiarity with current trends and best practices in enrollment management and student recruitment.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in data analysis tools and CRM systems to track and manage enrollment activities.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools for effective outreach.
- Experience with creating and managing online enrollment processes.
