Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or staffing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful staffing strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of labor market trends, talent acquisition technologies, and best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Preferred:
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
