Role Overview

- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the team
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall staffing process
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using ATS and other HR software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and recruitment marketing tools
