- Enhance employer branding initiatives, leveraging social media and other platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment plans
- Drive diversity and inclusion efforts within the recruitment process, ensuring equitable access to opportunities for all candidates
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or staffing, with a proven track record in a leadership role
- Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to implement innovative strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing recruitment metrics and data to drive decision-making
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic industry with a focus on scaling teams rapidly
- Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Expertise in developing and executing employer branding strategies
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
