Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Personnel Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR database management
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive workplace culture
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Experience in coordinating events or employee engagement activities
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
