- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their unique needs and provide strategic advice on talent acquisition
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse candidates and maintain a robust talent pipeline

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, adapting strategies accordingly
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Demonstrated track record of successfully filling a diverse range of positions across various levels
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and experience utilizing data to drive decisions
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools
- Certification from a recognized human resources or recruitment organization
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and data analytics tools
- Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding strategies
