Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in venue operations or hospitality management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to manage large teams and complex operations in fast-paced environments
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
Preferred:
- Experience in event management, including planning and executing large-scale events

- Relevant certifications in hospitality management or operations
