We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Director of Soccer Operations to lead our soccer program at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Analyze and report on performance metrics to drive continuous improvement within the soccer program
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in soccer operations, management, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing sports programs and driving operational excellence
- Strong understanding of soccer regulations, player development, and league dynamics
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams
Preferred:
- Experience in a senior management position within a professional or collegiate soccer organization
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with sports management software and analytics tools
- Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis
- Ability to utilize performance metrics and data analysis to inform strategic decisions
