Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of SharePoint sites, workflows, and applications based on business requirements.
- Support the configuration and customization of SharePoint environments, including site collections, lists, and libraries.
- Collaborate with senior architects to implement best practices for SharePoint governance and security.
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of SharePoint solutions to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Document system designs, configurations, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and future enhancements.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1-2 years of experience working with SharePoint, preferably in a development or architecture capacity.
- Basic understanding of SharePoint frameworks, including SharePoint Online, SharePoint Designer, and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing SharePoint pages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience with SharePoint migration projects and integrating third-party applications.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and how they integrate with SharePoint.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and working in collaborative team environments.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Fundamental understanding of SharePoint architecture and components.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and web services for data integration.
