Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- 5+ years of experience in seed laboratory management or a similar role

- Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with molecular breeding techniques and advanced seed technologies
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals related to seed science
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and data analysis software
- Strong background in seed physiology and pathology testing
