Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory Manager to oversee our laboratory operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing laboratory staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and implementing processes that enhance laboratory efficiency and quality. Responsibilities

- Act as the primary liaison between the laboratory and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and suppliers.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., biology, chemistry, or biochemistry) with 5+ years of laboratory experience, including supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field.
- Experience in budget management and strategic planning.
- Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and data analysis software.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques relevant to the specific scientific focus of the lab (e.g., molecular biology, analytical chemistry).
- Experience with quality assurance and quality control processes.
- Knowledge of data analysis methodologies and statistical tools.
